In this class we follow the guidelines of Geeta Iyengar’s DVD: “The role of the chair in the yogi’s life”.
Using a chair provides stability, enables deep restful or intense work by extending the duration and alignment of asanas.
A chair can be adjusted to the student’s needs within an integrated sequence that deepens understanding, recharges and revitalises.
