Welcome to our studio

We have been teaching yoga since 1995. Learn yoga from some of Australia’s most experienced yoga teachers at Clifton Hill Yoga Studio, an Iyengar Yoga Institute.

All of our teachers are fully qualified and highly experience Iyengar Yoga teachers, with over 100 years of teaching experience combined!

Upcoming workshops @ CHYS

Rita will be teaching a 3-part Sunday series on “Yoga as a Holistic Bridge”.

Marina will be visiting CHYS in October to teach classes in studio on two Saturdays, plus a 5-morning workshop, as well as teacher development.

Term 4 yoga courses

Our new term of yoga courses will start on Monday 7 October. Each course includes 10 set classes plus 6 bonus classes for casual attendance.

We also teach casual level classes from Beginner to Advanced, and a wide range of specialty classes.

Try a General class @ 10am with us, 7-days a week for 364 days a year. We teach a General class every day 🙂
