Seniors class
Seniors yoga class – healthy ageing
Runs each week at 10am on Wednesday and is taught by Rita Kreileman. This is a slow-paced class. Students under 60 are able to attend if they are looking for a slow-paced class.

- 10 to 11:30am each Wednesday
- Casual rate is $25
- Can be attended casually using a 5-class seniors pass ($110) – book online now
- Can be attended casually on all regular class passes and memberships
