Tim is a full-time yoga teacher and father. He has been a member of its teaching faculty for 12 years and has been practicing yoga for 20 years. Tim views yoga as a complex puzzle that’s key to unlocking is understanding yourself.
Tim prides himself on teaching the subject of yoga. His view is that yoga is a precise system for physical and emotional health, whilst also providing mental lucidity. He teaches “within the pose”- meaning his classes are dynamic, immersive and taught with clarity. His teaching goal is to develop a personal practice for his students, so that yoga is something they have on their own terms. He teaches in the classical Iyengar method, instructing the 8-limbs of yoga through the prism of asana and pranayama. He is a challenging, empathetic, inspiring and intelligent teacher.
