Michelle Lee

Michelle has been practicing yoga since 2004 to relieve her back pain. Discovering of Iyengar yoga not only freed her from back pain and corrected her body alignment, but it also transformed her life as if the yoga kindled a light within her.

Captivated by this impact, she decided to continue the journey and began her teacher training in 2009, attaining her teaching certification under the guidance of Marina Jung.  She takes regular ongoing workplace yoga sessions as part of staff well-being programs which are well supported by those organisations who see the benefits of yoga both in terms of productivity and occupational health & safety.
