This class is taught twice each week by Michelle. Michelle will lead you with the support of chairs, to experience the full benefit of Asana practice and explore more challenging Asanas.

- Fridays @ 5:30pm
This General level class requires students to have at least 6-months of Iyengar Yoga experience. It is not for Beginner level students.
With greater confidence and safety, you will:
- Feel an increased sense of relaxation and enjoyment as you perform Asanas which you may otherwise have difficultly with
- Stay longer in position with more precise alignment and thereby increase your range of movement and mobility
- Safely (& playfully) explore and access wider range of more challenging Asanas.
