Beginner courses – new to yoga
Welcome to our studio. Our Beginner courses are designed for students who are new to yoga. We run both 8-week Beginner courses ($160) at the start of each term, and 5-week Foundation courses which start mid-term. Our current Beginner classes can be attended on a casual basis for $20.
Our new 8-week Beginner courses (Term 4) started on Monday 8 July and you can still join this week!

When you book into an 8-week Beginner course you can attend as many additional Beginner classes as you want during the week for free!
