Beginners Yoga – new to yoga
Welcome to our studio. Our Beginner 1 courses (8-weeks) are designed for students who have never done any yoga before. In Beginners Yoga, we hold the poses longer and focus on correct alignment and body position. Our fundamental philosophy is that yoga should support your life.

Beginners Yoga – have done some yoga
Our Beginner 2 courses are for those who are returning to yoga after a break, or who are starting afresh with Iyengar yoga. We move through the introductory sequences at a faster rate than Beginner 1, and extend into new Asanas.
Term 3 – all Beginner 2 courses can be attended on a casual basis.
Unlimited attendance at all other Beginner classes of the same level.
This means you can do at least 2 or 3 classes a week.
All Beginner students may also attend the Saturday 10am Beginners class.
