Beginner courses – new to yoga
Welcome to our studio. Our Beginner courses are designed for students who are new to yoga. We run 8-week Beginner courses ($160) at the start of each term, and a 5-week Foundation course ($80) which starts mid-term. All of our Beginner classes can be attended on a casual basis for $20.
Our 8-week Beginner courses (Term 1) start on Monday 20 January – all classes can be booked into online now.

Our 5-week Foundation course will start on Tuesday 11 February.

When you book into an 8-week Beginner course you can attend as many additional Beginner classes as you want during the week for free!
