Beginner courses – new to yoga
Welcome to our studio. Our Beginner courses are designed for students who are new to yoga. We run both 8-week Beginner courses ($160) at the start of each term, and 5-week Foundation courses which start mid-term.
When you book into a Beginner course you can attend as many additional Beginner classes as you want during the week for free!
Our new 8-week Beginner courses (Term 3) started on Monday 13 May and they are still open for booking 🙂

Our current Beginner classes can be attended on a casual basis for $20.
In Iyengar Yoga we hold the poses longer and focus on correct alignment and body position. Our fundamental philosophy is that yoga should support your life 🙂
