Beginner courses – new to yoga 🙂
Welcome to our studio. Our Beginner courses are designed for students who are new to yoga. We run both 8-week Beginner courses ($160) at the start of each term, and 5-week Foundation courses which start mid-term.
In Iyengar Yoga we hold the poses longer and focus on correct alignment and body position. Our fundamental philosophy is that yoga should support your life.
Our new 8-week Beginner courses (Term 2) start as follows:

- Wednesday 20 March @ 7:45pm with Ann – book online now
- Thursday 21 March @ 6:15pm with Patrick – book online now
- Saturday 23 March @ 10am with Michelle – book online now
