Beginner courses – new to yoga
Welcome to our studio. Our Beginner courses are designed for students who are new to yoga. We run 8-week Beginner courses ($160) at the start of each term, and a 5-week Foundation course ($80) which starts mid-term. All of our Beginner classes can be attended on a casual basis for $20.
Our new 5-week Foundation course (Term 5) starts on Tuesday 24 September and can be booked into online now.

- Students enrolled in the Foundation course gain free access to the following classes:
- Thursday 6:15pm Beginners with Patrick
- Saturday 10am Beginners with Michelle
Our new 8-week Beginner courses (Term 5) started on Monday 2 September and can be attended on a casual basis.

When you book into an 8-week Beginner course you can attend as many additional Beginner classes as you want during the week for free!
