Coming to classes:

  • You don't need to bring anything, we provide all the mats and necessary equipment.
  • Avoid eating a large meal for up to three hours before class.
  • Wear clothing that will not restrict physical movement.
  • Arrive about 10 minutes before the start of class.
  • Inform the teacher about any injuries, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant. 
  • Feel free to give any feedback to the teachers.
