Casual Yoga Classes

You are welcome to attend any class on the timetable as casual attendance. However, for those classes listed as 'course / casual' we only guarantee entry to those booked into the course (some courses do fill up). For those classes listed as 'casual', it is first in first served.

Beginners

All beginners classes run as 'course / casual', except Sunday 4pm which is casual only. Beginners class times are Monday 7.45pm, Tuesday 6.15pm, Tuesday 8pm, Wednesday 6.30am, Wednesday 6.15pm, Thursday 6.15pm, Friday 10.30am, Saturday 11am & Sunday 4pm.

Level 1 

All Level 1 classes are run as 'course / casual', except Sat 4pm and Sun 10am which are casual only. Level 1 class times are Monday 6.15pm, Tuesday 7.45pm, Wednesday 6.30am, Wednesday 6.15pm, Thursday 8pm, Saturday 9.30am, Saturday 4pm & Sunday 10am

Introduction to Level 2 

All Intro to L2 classes run as 'course / casual', except Fri 8am which is casual only. Intro to L2 class times are Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 6.15am, Thursday 7.45pm, Friday 8am & Saturday 9am

Level 2 

All Level 2 classes are casual only. Monday 6pm, Tuesday 6am, Wednesday 10am, Wednesday 7.15pm, Thursday 6pm, Saturday 11.30am & Sunday 10am

Level 3

All Level 3 classes are casual only. Wednesday 7.15pm & Friday 6am

General Classes

Our general casual classes begin at 10am every weekday, and 4.30pm on Thursdays. They are suitable for people of all ages, and all levels of fitness. Make-up classes are welcome in the general classes. 

Pre-natal Yoga

More on our pre-natal yoga classes here. Every Saturday afternoon at 2pm. 

Free Class

Every Wednesday afternoon at 2.15pm we run a free general level class. It is open to all new and existing students. No experience is required and we provide all the necessary equipment - all you need to do is show up!

Relax & Renew

The Relax & Renew class will focus on using the correct support and technique to create a physiological response that actively targets mental and physical stress patterns. The class is great for those times when you are feeling fatigued or stressed from your daily activities, and will refresh both body and mind. The use of props means it is suitable for all body types, and will be especially beneficial for those with hypertension, anxiety and sleep disorders. 7.45pm every Wednesday evening.

Pranayama

Pranayama is roughly translated as breath awareness and control. This class will focus on breathing techniques to calm and focus our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Pranayama follows asana as the 4th stage in the 8 fold path of yoga. The class will run for 1 hour and begins at 6pm on Wednesday evenings. 

Private Yoga Classes

Private yoga instruction by appointment. Work one-on-one with an instructor to develop your individual practice. From $80 for 1 hour.

Cost

New to Yoga?

Our 10-week beginners’ courses begin at the start of each school term, and systematically introduce some of the basic yoga postures. Each class begins with poses to stretch and loosen the body, followed by some more vigorous poses, and concludes with relaxation.
